Medical Equipment Loan Program

The Coupeville Lions Club offers a wide range of medical equipment for loan to members of the community. No fee is charged, although some recipients choose to show their appreciation with a donation. We prefer, if possible, to have the person requesting the equipment come and select the equipment that best meets the situation.
The Medical Team does not accept personal hygiene items such as adult diapers, braces or CPAP machines. Use the Medical Equipment Request Form below to submit a request. A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours.
