TOWN OF COUPEVILLE SCARECROW - Placement
Placing 38 Scarecrows along Main Street and Front Street begin in mid-October with their last day up for observance being Sunday, following Thanksgiving. The Scarecrow have been placed on telephone poles in the Town of Coupeville for decades and we are honored to have taken on this "small town" task!
